      Good benefits, flexible work from home schedule, direct management is positive.

      Cons

      Claims for career pathing with no real movement. Managers and directors have very little say so on advancement or career pathing. All decisions are made at VP level and above where supervision of employees is solely off of a spreadsheet. Zero accountability from Sr. Leadership on areas of improvement. 12+ months to implement changes, training, problems with metrics and expectations . zero urgency for the career well being of employees.
