Pros

Gym, coffee, cell phone reimbursement

Cons

Do not put yourself through the misery of working for this failing company. As enticing as it may sound with a gym, free coffee, and a sonic ice machine, don’t do it. 7 out of 18 people quit in the first 5 months that I was there. Zero expectations are set about metrics from day one, other than “make 40 calls per day.” Absolutely no sales or recruiter training ( or training manual) with the exception of 2 conference calls per month. In the Dallas office, there is no leadership or mentor to assist with training, etc. You will be set up for failure from day one. There are HR issues constantly with sexism and inappropriate behavior by management. If you DO choose to go through with working for this company, say a prayer for yourself. You will definitely need it.

Pros

Good location and paid parking

Cons

Modis kept a recruiter that had numerous sexual harassment claims against him in the organization only because he was a top performer. He created an uncomfortable environment for the women around him and was barely slapped on the wrist for assaulting his own boss.

Pros

Really the only pro is coworkers. There are not 14 more words of positivity about this place. The office is okay.

Cons

Everything. Pay is awful. Upper management (MD) doesn't understand what half of the teams in the office do, but expects them to meet his personalized expectations. Many females have left after feeling uncomfortable around the Managing Director. Upper management is easily butt hurt and makes rash decisions that hurt more than help. Management regularly lies to employees and thinks nothing of it. They think nothing of their employees, all that matters is the business but they are leading that to fail by their awful management and poor decisions.
