      Fire you with no notice and hardly a reason

      Pros

      Cool environment. Team oriented. Morning huddle is something that really gets you focused for the day. Holiday parties are cool.

      Cons

      Wolves. Snakes. Doesn't matter if you're producing, management will always micromanage you. Micromanagement is the worst at this company. Power trip feelings from upper management.

      Burlington, MA Branch Office - Best Ever!

      Pros

      Working at Modis is a great mix of everything I have ever wanted in an employer! Our branch office in Burlington is close-knit with under 20 employees; we are collaborative and energetic! Yet this is no small company in whole - we have the support and backbone of a national division under the Adecco brand. Having structured training and corporate initiatives sets everyone up for success. I have learned so much in the short time that I have been employed with Modis and I look forward to learning more and growing my career with Modis! The career path and opportunities to advance are what keep me motivated to do my best everyday.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of any cons - I am super impressed with Modis.

      Great OPKS location, good parking.

      Cons

      Local management is frightening. Watch your back mentality. Lies frequently to make self look better. "looks good on paper" kind of person with a self preservation agenda.
