      Pros

      It's a good environment with good people, flexibility, and good compensation. If you're a hunter and like having control over your success then it's perfect.

      Cons

      There aren't really any cons that I can think of. Overall it's a great place to work.

      Pros

      - Unparalleled opportunity for growth. I've seen multiple people get promoted in the short time I've been with the company. - Phenomenal tenure of staff compared to most staffing firms. - Great comp plan. - For recruiters, they don't handcuff you on what you work on. You can fill contract, contract to hire and permanent opportunities. - Excellent marketing and branding. - Great leadership and training. - Realistic expectations for new hires.

      Cons

      - It's not a 9 to 5. There is a direct correlation with the amount of work you put in with the amount of money you can make.
