Pros

They just did their 4th round of layoffs in 4 years. That say's a lot about this company. Managers literally don't care about any complaints or concerns. There is a reason why it has 2 and a half star and that's give it way more start than it needs. 4th lay offs in 4 years. Each year they lay off a bunch of people. This company is always struggling.

Cons

Invest in your Recruiters that are working hard and figure out how to keep them as long as possible, instead off just firing them and hiring new recent college graduates.

Pros

Will hire with little to no sales or recruiting experience. If you like processes or following a play book this is it.

Cons

Modis is a dying organization, it does not have close the the marketshare it used to. The company is shutting many of its doors because it does not have the capital to keep up with other firms. This is a job that requires many hours out of the normal 9-5 and many of your coworkers will be as clueless as you are.

Pros

Modis Erie, PA has a great set of managers. The level of care that they extend to their employees is second to none. They are always available to answer questions and are instrumental at resolving employee issues. The interview process is typical for the field in content, but the vibe is much more laid back than most. The vibe was positive and confident. Opportunity for advancement is high (depending on the employee’s level of commitment of course) and raises area always adequate and on-time. Whether you are new to the tech field or a seasoned professional, this is a fantastic employer to work for. Highly recommended!

Cons

None at all. Any issue that is taken to management is resolved quickly and efficiently.
