Pros

The environment & company culture, the benefits, the many upskilling & well-being programs. Most of the people are great to work with and are always there to support you. The Modis Bulgaria CEO (P. Rouvrais) is an awesome person, definitely a role model and someone to look up to. Overall, I'm very happy with Modis Bulgaria, and would recommend it to all my friends.

Cons

There isn't a very clear career path and there's not enough salary transparency. Sometimes there's some struggles with the HR teams. However, all these points are being improved upon constantly in the last 3 years.
