Pros

I enjoy the team that I work on and my direct manager. I also enjoy the flexibility with my work schedule and the fact that it's a very easy job.

Cons

Upper management is absolutely horrendous. There is no communication. You are a work horse - anyone above a Delivery Manager will not give 2 poos what you are doing. Sales is more valued than delivery, even though sales does nothing to help accounts. Base pay is pathetic and so is the commissions program. Many other recruiting companies pay $10K+ more than Modis. Used to have a really great culture but the company has lost that. They would rather spend money on a Formula1 car than on their employees. No wonder there are so many people quitting.

Pros

The company culture, benefits, and commission structure is outstanding. They invest in their employees, provide paths for growth, and give you the freedom to run a great book of business. It is truly a great place to work, and the company survey backs that up each year.

Cons

Only the instability of the staffing industry as a whole. It's a difficult industry to thrive in, and requires a great deal of hard work, and a strong personal network.
