      Great work environment, average compensation. Annual paid leave, medical insurance. Night shifts mainly. Mostly understanding customers.

      Cons

      Night shifts. Strict SLA targets. No remote work.

      Pros

      I got to talk several languages. This made it an excellent place for me to be. My colleagues were great, a mix of younger and more experienced people. There was a canteen there too, and some cherry trees around the corner. Shift work meant some extra money. I am not that social so they were good.

      Cons

      At times internal conflicts were ignored. I was alright with it. I dont think everybody was happy there though, I was happy with the job in itself, but the city was a bit too traditional and conservative for me. Job can be understandably dull at times
