      Pros

      There is some understanding with the personal situation of old employees in a bad moment.

      Cons

      Salaries are low, the company seriously lacks organization, there is no consistent training for new or old employees, there are no perspectives of progression, tolerance of error is enormous. In general people don't like to work here. They perceive their jobs as monotonous and uninteresting.
