      Good Company, a lot of changes

      Pros

      Small team environment, feels like a family, very supportive and collaborative teams. A lot of cool companies to recruit for, a very wide variety of technical positions to work on. Quarterly culture reviews to ensure everyone is happy, or at least check-in to see where improvements can be made.

      Cons

      Constant change in upper management, leadership, chief executives, etc. Tech company that spends more money promoting the business, sponsoring F-1 mercedes team, but they dont give their senior employees incentives to stay. Add more responsibility to job responsibilities when asked for growth opportunities without compensating for it.

      Pros

      Great company culture. Management is supportive and truly cares about you and your life outside of work. Company offers flexibility to have a good work life balance. Benefits and perks of the job are great. Commission structure and 401K are awesome! Most offices work remotely because of covid but to keep up the team moral and collaborative atmosphere some might move to a hybrid model in the future, some may stay 100% remote. Overall my experience has been very positive. Management also does their best to hire people who fit within the positive culture of the company. I've really enjoyed the people I have worked/work with which is huge for me!

      Cons

      Working in staffing can be hard but that is not any fault of the company, just the industry. No cons that would be different from any other company.
