      Uncapped commission structure Understanding work environment Unlimited tools to help you succeed Easily accomplished metrics in comparison to most sales environments. Amazing Management teams Promotes from within awesome work environment

      The only con to this job is we can't control people but that has nothing to do with the company just the job itself can be stressful at times.

      The potential to make money without a college degree.

      Cons

      The company structure pushes you to work work work. Nothing is ever good enough. Not flexible, even on PTO they request you stay up to date on emails Unrealistic expectations based on a saturated market Low base salaries compared to competition Micromanage central Bad weather and can't get to work - forced to use a PTO day

      Pros

      Good starting job for recent college grads, lots of young employees, fun after hours events, good place to learn the basics of the corporate environment

      Cons

      Low pay, not a lot of work/life balance, expect you to come in early and stay late and you should always go above and beyond the set goals, which makes it feel like nothing is ever good enough because if you hit your goals they say keep going
