Pros

The team on the floor (not the managers). Great Administrative Support. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

Terrible pay. Managers lack the vision to develop sound business strategies and effectively manage the Raleigh branch. There is clear lack of communication among managers at all the different levels. No room for career growth. Too much focus on making phone calls rather than focusing on outcomes.

Pros

Great office, great people and a great training program that really sets you up to succeed. Never been with a company that spends 100+ days on training and really supports everyone equally that comes into the company. The commission and bonus structure is unmatched. Everyone has the same opportunity to succeed and make a lot of money. You have to be motivated, its sales and they do expect a lot of their employees but if you are driven and work hard, you will a great living. Everyone in the office is very helpful

Lower base salaries than other firms, but the commission and bonus potential is better than every other company. Metrics
