      pre-merger with Adecco an excellent place to work

      Pros

      pre-merger it was an efficient and great place to work- excellent management (at both branch and head office) ,culture and compensation

      Cons

      pre-merger there was nothing major, post merger with Ajilon a complete turnaround- the integration was handled poorly at the top of the Adecco organization and locally decisions were based upon if you were part of the 'boys club'- ability counted for nothing

      Pros

      - really enjoyed the branch I worked in; nice people, great camaraderie - pay was good - PTO plan good

      Cons

      - very poor communications - decisions based on favorites vs. objective assessments - new hires selected on "looks and age" - caustic commentary about individuals is hurtful and damaging to morale - very dominated by men at the top and middle; very few women in management - company is purging older workers; replacing them with cheap 20-somethings who know nothing about the business and are promised huge dividends, then quit when they are not forthcoming
