      Pros

      Very competitive commission structure. Ample opportunity to make placements.

      Cons

      Very heavily metrics-based. Calls are monitored and dials are counted every day. A lot of unrealistic metrics lead to high stress levels.

      Trainer. Free coffee. Free hand sanitizer. Running water. Electricity.

      Cons

      - management - stick driven "metrics first, customer service second" environment - management + office conduct resulting in HR violations longer than Santa's naughty list - lack of consistency from the top down - absence of an empowering company culture - business model lacks sophistication - poor business development practices - poor recruiting practices - touts being "proactive" yet cultivates a highly reactive work environment - fragmented office culture created by duplicitous and combative personality types - "aggressive commission structure" pays off when the clients actually pay their bills otherwise be prepared to see a minute fraction of your commission - if you strive to earn a base that's below market value and live by short term wins and long term loses then you might be very pleased with Modis

      Pros

      My branch has a lot of colorful characters who are looking to succeed and work as a team. I was nervous about entering the staffing industry as it has a reputation for high-turnover and general cheeseball, disengenuous personalities. However, I have found that the recruiters do focus a lot on how to properly treat candidates and the business development team focuses new business ventures on companies that offer competitive salaries and a good work environment.

      Cons

      The only con is having to try and differentiate your services from others in the industry that have created a stigma on staffing solutions.
