Pros

Not much when you're at the client sites. Head office there are great Melbourne Cup lunches.

Cons

Management is only interested in their bonuses. Will manipulate their NPS by handpicking their clients so the NPS is amazing. Then the fake news is spread when in reality the clients aren't happy. There are a few eating out of the same trough. If you want different experiences, forget it, the account managers will do what they can (except provide a salary increase) to keep you working in the same client as they are getting a good margin, then when the client has an issue with the company you become stale and are left on the bench to rot. The biggest joke is the Salary Guide they produce they don't pay the rates in it.

Pros

Decent pay and compensation with solid support to do your job. Decent tenured team with opportunities to grow and progress.

Cons

Starting to become a KPI driven culture with profits at the heart of the business instead of the people

Not a great place

Pros

They have a very casual dress code and about an hour flexibility of when you can choose to come in. So, 7am to 4pm, 7:30am to 4:30pm, or 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Cons

The Denver office is not stable, they regularly have layoffs due to financial reasons. The corporate office decides so the Denver head typically has no idea until it's happening. Like most recruiting, they really get on you if you miss any goals. It isn't as easy to get candidates working as they make it seem, and you won't get any sort of payout for the first couple months. They don't pay well, most other recruiting agencies have a higher base salary.

Good Place to Work

Pros

Salary position - no punching a clock. Management is really laid back. If you're doing your job and doing it well, you're left alone to work. Direct managers and upper management are open to discussing career goals and are generally very flexible with their time.

Cons

Lower end of the pay scale. The culture here is good but this is a lot of young adult's first jobs, so there is a level of entitlement.

Terrible company, no communication, low pay for the market

Anonymous employee

Pros

It's got to be better than selling drugs on a street corner

Cons

No communication (I tried for three weeks to find just who my supervisor was to turn in my 2 weeks notice and noone knew, referred me to people who didn't know, or the contacts that I had had the entire time would never respond back on the subject.) In the end I had to turn in my letter of resignation to a office manager as she was my only reliable contact. Also, they never inform you when things change. Six months into my contract I was supposed to be using a different payroll system and it was two weeks before the system itself notified me through email that I had nothing on my time card. I emailed the only HR contact I had and they explained what had happened. Things like this constantly happened. In other words, your just a number to them if your a contractor and a means for them to make money. They don't care about you in any other way. When I was hired I was lied to and told that multiple people had been hired permanently to my customer after fulfillment of their contract. In actuality no one has and my supervisor told me the first day that they had no room for a permanent employee. They also will tell you that they have benefits. They have dental and eye benefits that are BAD and they will deceptively tell you that they have Health benefits. They only have SUPPLEMENTAL Health Insurance. I would have had no insurance if not for the Affordable Care Act through the government.
