Organisation has a fire and enthusiasm to grow day by day

Though the organisation has goal towards success, but they never respect the employee. " If employee is not happy, the organisation can't reach their goal. It may take years together to get the brand. it's purely unprofessional organisation. They won't follow the HR rules. Infact they have Human resources dept, but the dpt works like house rocord dancer.
