Pros
Company is doing well even during pandemic uncertainty. Seems to have lots of people that like having fun. Pay is pretty good, wouldn't say outstanding but pretty good. Benefits got more expensive when they tried to increase offerings.
Cons
It's hard to break into certain areas of the company's initiatives if you are part of the group. It's like in school where there was the cool kids group and if you aren't in that group you won't get the same experience and opportunities. Breaking through this wall has proven to be impossible for several including myself. One of the co-founders is very unapproachable in my experience. Rates for contractors can be embarrassing to some.

Literally unlimited opportunities, superb benefits, great pay, work from home, down to earth leadership....honestly can't say enough good about Modus! I LOVE being a Modite!

This is not for a company for those that want to coast.

Great pay for international hires Flexible hours Community activities to keep everyone engaged and acquainted Global work environment
Cons
No benefits whatsoever for international hires - no PTO, healthcare, equipment, not even performance reviews No career growth plan at all, no training opportunities Leadership is too distanced and not aware of the issues that subordinates are going through Some managers are doing a really poor job, being abusive and getting away with it HR has no real power and decisions are ultimately made by leaders who are not as in touch with the rest of the company
