If you are a software engineer, do not work here. Don’t even consider it. Not even as a first job. It’s not worth it. It will hurt your career. This company’s engineering culture is toxic and dysfunctional. The “leadership” is inept and will throw you under the bus. You’ll be pulled off your main project to work on some manager’s latest pet project and micromanaged. When you can’t deliver because they’ve changed the requirements for the tenth time this week, they’ll blame you and write you up. They’ll expect you to understand their entire codebase and processes within the first week and when you ask for guidance, they’ll accuse you of lying about your skills. Avoid this place like the plague. All the other reviews are still valid. Nothing has changed.
