good benefits, average pay, flexible working hours.
Cons
Pretty much the same as all the other negative comments. Miscommunicating, chaotic "agile" development cycles, unrealistic deadlines, too many issues/drama with upper management, backstabbing each other and etc.
Modus Operandi Response

I am sorry to find that you would not recommend working at our company and I am completely unaware that there is "backstabbing" with upper management. If this is truly the case, it must be addressed. Additionally, if working at our company is that bad then why have you remained with us?
The pay is not bad. Slow season when there is few contracts
Cons
Not stable. You dont' know they let you go
Modus Operandi Response

I wish you would have had a more promising experience at Modus Operandi. We do inform staff when they will be let go for whatever reason that might be. And there is ample discussion prior to ever letting an employee go for lack of performance or other reasons.
Poor pay, No holidays, Minimal vacation, no sick leave, No job security, no focus, Terrible leadership.
Modus Operandi Response

I do appreciate your recommendation and voicing your concerns, but I am remiss about your comments regarding cons. All full-time employees start out with 23 days of paid leave per year(paid leave and holidays are combined). Employees are also able to take sick leave as needed. In terms of pay, we are competitive with significant benefits that easily compare with bigger defense contractors. Additionally, Modus is a very flexible place to work. Regarding the leadership - I hope that you have expressed your concerns internally and also offered solutions.
