Great place to work - fixing some past faults

Pros

Great people work here - very intelligent and friendly. Excellent benefits, especially for a small company. You are treated like family - they work with you through whatever life issues may come up. Interesting work - lots of small projects and some large/long term ones. Work from home options available. Spectacular view of the Indian River. Relatively relaxed work environment.

Cons

Communication from upper management to engineers needs to improve.
