Pros
Finding a work-match can be a challenge but after some research, conversations with Management and the CEO this was an easy decision to join Modus. The welcoming environment and family like team, where we communicate at every phase with each other and our clients makes work life more than satisfying. There is great potential for growth at all levels within Modus, so you can really make the most of what you want. The management and our CEO are very supportive of a fair work/life balance and truly care about their employees. I’m extremely happy to be part of the Modus team.
Cons
Onboarding was tough but given we are in a pandemic I don't expect this to be an issue in the future.

Pros
The room for growth is amazing. I always feel like my voice is heard. The compensation is excellent! The culture is amazing. Work life balance is next to none in this industry.
Cons
Not many cons to say. No flex time off, which I think is becoming more of a standard in the industry.
