Cons

Investors come first - above employee and even client best practices. Dehumanizing environment over time. Unethical billing practices. Lacking investment in technology, so that it works appropriately. High level management is willfully ignorant when convenient.

I have been with Modus now going on 3 years and we are continuing to grow phenomenally. We have a great set of leaders that work together and are not afraid to be hands-on and help the team members grow. The company functions with a family-like dynamic where we are all in constant communication, helping one another to complete tasks and always looking for ways to improve. Our CEO is not only a great leader and an inspiration but is also a great listener and mentor. I can proudly say that Modus is one of the best companies I have ever worked for and I look forward to continued growth within the company.
