We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. While call volume is high, our providers on average perform one transport every two hours. Mohawk's non-supervisory operations staff are represented by a union and through collective bargaining, together in the past 3 years we have raised starting EMT wages between 25-31% and Paramedic wages by 30-34%, along with a host of other benefit increases. We hold town-hall meetings for field staff and all levels of management staff attend and discuss issues and opportunities for improvement. We also regularly have labor management meetings with the bargain unit employees selected shop stewards. Please contact HR so we may learn more and improve.
