      Pros

      Flexible, cares about clients, good first job. job openings are sent in-house first and then posted. Trainings offered monthly.

      Cons

      "other job duties" on any job application may need you to prepare for anything. Even though it's not in the job description and we are not in charge of cleaning residents, we may have to. 10 and 12 hour shifts. high turnover rate - makes the job a little more difficult.

      Awful company to work for several current EEOC complaints filed

      They offer a great resource for Those with mental illness.

      Cons

      Management is awful. Staff continue to leave due to 1 or 2 members of management yet HR and Director ignore All complaints even when provided proof that bullying and discrimination are happening. Several long term employees continue to leave due these members of management and they lie and tell the Board its because of Covid.
