- Clients can be very emotionally draining at times, especially if there are multiple clients with similar diagnoses on your case.
- You are given 9hrs per pay period of PTO, however when there is a holiday, you are expected to use this time, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- When there is a holiday, such as Columbus Day or Labor Day, it is almost expected that you come into the office to continue working. There is often a lot of paperwork that needs to be done, but if you are overloaded with work, a lot of other employees come into the office to complete it on holidays, even if the office is "closed".
- Difficult clients are not distributed onto multiple care managers caseloads very well. Sometimes you get all the easy ones, sometimes you get all the difficult ones.
