Mohegan Sun really cares about the success of its Team Members. There are many benefits such as tuition reimbursement, outstanding health insurance, paid meal breaks with free lunch, free prescriptions with a pharmacy right on site, plus many Team Member parties/events!

Cons

Some off shifts and not much opportunity for remote work (in certain areas).
