I was given the resources I needed to do the job efficiently, I made many friends and connections. It was like working for a giant family even from day 1.

Cons

We were underpaid for the work that we did. Hiring took a long time due to needing licensing from the State of CT.

•fast paced •great coworkers •keeps you physically active •many opportunities to work on conflict resolution skills

Cons

•subpar food in cafeteria •Poor Management- unwilling to listen to lower ranking team members and their ideas •no shift differential for 3rd shift, despite it being the most active and dangerous shift •little to no recognition for hard work and commitment to company
