There are many people who have been there too long, this is how we do it and you need to be part of the "click". Management expects you to be there 24x7, no work life balance, and the employees are expected to work on vacation

Great general manager Good benefits Free meals every shift, grill open 24/7, discounts at local places. Great hourly pay A lot of opportunity within the casino

Cons

You’re just a number. Restaurants and bars will stay over staffed when it’s slow because they can afford to do, not caring that the tipped employees arent making money. Some even loosing money, for example I have co workers who pay for child care - on days its extremely slow and we are overstaffed they are spending more money then they are making. No appreciation. The company attempts to make employees feel appreciated by every so often choosing stand out employees. However, they are given a cookie from the grill (which you can get for free while working).

Our schedules are based on guest demand but there are occasions when demand may be lower than expected. On the rare occasions when this happens Team Members may request an early-out to be excused from the remained of their shift.
