      Pros

      -fantastic benefits (PTO, health insurance, 401k, discounts at businesses) -consistent schedule -great managers -$8 daily food allowance at employee cafeteria where the food is sold at cost so it’s easy to get 2 full meals -free uniforms & tailoring -free/discounted tickets to events

      Cons

      -point system for infractions is unforgiving and sometimes management can’t or override -system for scheduling is not widely used by all employees and management because it’s a train wreck to use

      Pros

      Best reasons to work here include paid time-off, health insurance, 401k, and the ability to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Downsides include the environment of the restaurant and seniority. Additionally, restaurants managers at the casinos make you believe that they are your boss and employer. If you ever feel that the management for your restaurant is bad, then mention this to HR. Don't let them conduct it unprofessionally.
