Pros

The culture created there is very nice. Decent amount of day 1 employees that love being there and they try to help where they can.

Cons

Low pay, can be tough to advance. Some customers are great, some come all the time and are a nightmare and it can be terrible when they know they can push you their weight around and upper management lets them do it.

Stayed with them for 3 years. Depending on the position, there's ways to move up and let your voice be heard by management

Cons

Some people get too comfortable with calling out or try to abuse the system. There was high turnover and I believe it's from management's lack of motivation.
