Pros

Really good co-workers, and everyone tries to work together to get it right. Data is king here. Lot of opportunities to develop

Cons

There are a lot of internal politics. There are a lot of meetings, and tons of constant compliance training, and proper resourcing is a constant issue.

Pros

Plenty of training in business practices, lean manufacturing, and maximizing efficiency. Opportunities to actively manage your career and transfer to other sites under the same parent company.

Cons

Very large workload. No redundancy. Product Development and Manufacturing are in different countries. Work-life balance is not balanced.
