For me Moldev is the closest thing to family. The people I work with are smart, caring and glad to help each other. Great team work. The work is challenging. Management has always been good to me over the years - concerned about diversity, health care and employee well being.
Cons
In this era we want to hire new employees. The competition is stiff. So we are often over tasked.
