Cons

Lack of investment in innovation and development. High quality customer support is severely lacking. No opportunities for upward mobility in many positions; employees who have contributed to company development often under appreciated. Instability within company structure affects employee moral.

Great colleagues, interesting job. Work-life balance is ok.

Cons

They dispose of you like an old sock, even after 20 years in the company. Comunication and support from leadership is quite bad. Reporting management might get you in trouble. Arrogant mangers make easier career than compassionate ones. Parents support is not great.

Cons

micro management with high expectations and no real room to move or be flexible. Managers are over worked and not available. Old boys network for management - women very under represented at senior manager level especially in Europe.
