Pros

There are some really hardworking people whom are pleasure to work with in the company. Molecular Devices has some good products among what are offered in the industry.

Cons

The organization is in a bit of flux at the moment, in my opinion, due to the change of management resulted from acquisition. The direction of company seems to be driven solely based on numbers.

Terrible place to work, if I could give no stars I would. Good people disappear and bad managers get to stay.
