There are some really talented and smart people that work at the company, especially in R&D. Operates like a small company, which creates opportunities for exposure to multiple facets of the organization.

Cons

Too much of an emphasis on Lean/ Six Sigma operational principles, trying to adopt one-size-fits-all approach towards biology research which isn't always the best option. Process, process, process...

Great compensation (bonuses+commission are better than anywhere else I've seen), competitive atmosphere. Product line is the best on the market with a great client base so often the reputation sells itself.

Cons

High pressure, especially at quarter/year end. Your experience is very dependent on your management. Team selling, so if you're used to doing your own thing, you'll be in for a rude awakening. Management knows about all of your opps and will keep an eye on all of them.
