I can't think of anything other than the toxicity that I was exposed to.

Cons

Highly biased and a lot of favoritism from the upper management. There is no growth or career advancement. They talk a lot about diversity and inclusion, but a lot of discrimination happens based on your gender and race. You will be treated like a slave till you decide to leave on your own. The pay is very very low compared to industry standards and the increment is almost equal to nothing. Extremely toxic environment.

Good products and talent. Issues are dealt with by searching for a root cause rather than a scapegoat. Current implementation of DBS is on the right track - thoughtfully applied. Metrics provide visibility into how departments are doing early so that course corrections can be made.

Cons

Disfunction at the executive level is holding back this company. Too many decisions are made in conference rooms rather than working with those close to issue. Too many legacy products rather than focusing on those with the highest potential.
