MolDev is a nice little biotech still suffering growing pains from its early start up days.

Cons

Since MolDev sold itself to MDS in 2006, then later Danaher, it has struggled for clear direction and market positioning

Customer satisfaction is irrevocably tied to *if you are going to make a purchase, or we are contractually obliged. Tools to improve work are not well used. Favoritism runs rampant through the company culture-
