Pros
The salary and benefits from the company were actually decent. The company overall was strong financially with international presence. There are some opportunities in other divisions of the company.
Cons
The division I was working in did not have a decent growth strategy, and status quo was basically how they wanted to continue to operate that division of the business. In the two years I was there, there was product development was very limited and not one new product was released.
