Pros

Good benefits, PTO was paid out when I resigned, internet reimbursement

Cons

Job description was vague, interview was awkward, the hiring manger didn’t turn on camera while I had mine on. Made me feel like I wasn’t a desirable candidate even though I got the job. The manager was very difficult to work with, arrogant and overly stern. He complained about former employees who recently resigned, like he took it personally they left (I can see why). It wasn’t a good fit. Had to stay in your position for 1 year to move to other positions in the company. Not much PTO.

Pros

- Rapid growth - Good pay - Decent benefits - For the most part, very nice, genuine and lovely colleagues

Cons

Senior management team has become very East Coast focused, even though this is a West Coast company. Lots of EC personality traits that go with that have spread throughout the organization especially at VP level and up: rude, egotistical, toxic, greedy, self-centered, superiority complex, almost zero diversity, and could care less about the vulnerable people the company serves, etc.

Pros

The pros is that you get to work from home. If you don't mind a lot of mandatory overtime you can make extra cash. Can move up in the company relatively quickly.

Cons

The cons is the workloads. Molina is always trying to please the shareholders which means more work on the technicians and people lower on the ladder. The mandatory overtime every day can be very draining on top of the numbers that you are required to hit every day. So they do slightly treat you like your robots. The biggest con is getting time off. A lot of people have weeks worth of PTO but can't really use it because business needs need to be met. It's not terrible if you are a single person it just can become stressful if you have a family and work starts to cut into that time. You also sometimes have to work mandatory weekends which is also over time.
