      Pros

      My co-workers, manager and director. Learned a lot and now have taken my knowledge to a competitor who appreciates it.

      Cons

      Workload, lack of training, all about the bottom line so the Molina's can line their already HUGE pocketbooks, low salaries, favoritism, Managers/Directors who don't have a clue about the day to day work, VERY top heavy, no more individual plans all just a franchise that corporate dictates, not about the member!

      The pros are a paycheck and the benefits

      Cons

      Management does't manage. They let people get away with not doing their work, talk all day, and basically avoid work. The people who actually do work are overloaded because of the work avoiders. The work is repetitive, you talk to the same people everyday and ask the same questions. It gets old very quickly. Many people have quit the company and management refuse to fill the positions so everyone has too many tasks and many mistakes are made.
