I was bullied out of a job by someone who needed to prove they were worthy of their promotion (because they knew they were not) All of a sudden I was no longer "doing my job correctly" funny since it was the same thing I had been doing for years. I found out after leaving it was because my work was being sabotaged and deleted and I was purposely set up to fail by receiving new work without proper (any) training. I also was made aware of the awful things my "lead" said about me while I was still employed to people who both worked at the company and did not and one of the conversations was actually recorded so there was no mistake. The worst thing that ever happened to that department was the 3 newest leads.

Long hours and a lot of stress. There is a disconnect between corporate to the facility level on culture and mission.
