Nightshift hours were weird, management was a joke, no direction or leadership. treated poorly, extremely high turnover rate, you are constantly breathing in chemicals

No surprises about what to do each day - just come in and pack boxes to meet quota. I worked in shipping (not docks) and had a good time. Able to stretch my limbs and move around as needed. Stacking route boxes was actually pretty fun.

Cons

Some positions can be hard on the body - I was not built for the snack line.
