      Pros

      Family atmosphere is second to none. Everyone is so friendly and it’s easy to walk up to someone and say hi and chat. Executives are approachable and kind, and they treat you like a human. Free breakfast and lunch, coffee and soda, no set schedule and can work from home if needed.

      Cons

      While everyone’s friendly and great to interact with, your experience also depends on what department you’re in. Customer Care and Intake seem to be the departments that aren’t the greatest and any other department seems like they’re alright. Also just seems to depend on who is the director/manager/supervisor over the department too.

      Pros

      They do good with their mission to feed people in need of meals that may not be able to cook for themselves after coming out of the hospital.

      Cons

      Pushed to your physical and mental limit, with managers that either yell at you and throw a tantrum when they don't get their way or managers that brush all problems under the rug. Have a great goal for team work and say they are a family but will throw you under the bus if they feel you did something wrong. I've watched this company throw away more food and waste more money rather than fixing the problem than any other company.
