      Pros

      You work at your own pace and alone so you don’t have anyone on your shoulder micro managing you Lots of overtime and no weekends

      Cons

      Work day starts very early Management gives advice and wants you to do certain things that may seem like a great idea but because they are located out of state and aren’t actually doing the job, it’s not really helpful to you as the driver

      Great benefits, coworkers who care, nice work space .

      Cons

      Leadership in some areas does not operate with integrity. They pretend to be this wonderful family owned company, and they may be, but those same values do not trickle down to their management team. They smile to your face and back stab you in the back as soon you turn around. I had high hopes for this company. I am extremely disappointed.
