Extremely Political, Point System, They monitor everything you do, Rating system if you dont have a good QA or good attendance you will not move up in company, MOT all the time, very judgemental, only a few good managers

Purfoods is an excellent company to work for! It has by far exceeding my expectations in culture, benefits offered, and individual professional growth opportunities. The management/leadership team is wonderful to work with. this is by far the best company that I have worked for. I plan to be here for a long time.

The culture, you can wear shorts in the summer, hats, sandals or hoodies if you really want. Free breakfast and lunch, coffee and pop. Company is growing fast in a very niche market and you actually feel like your helping people. Because of growth of the company there should be a lot of opportunity to advance your career. Hours 8-5/ Mon. Friday.

Growing so fast space is a premium.
