Company has a great mission with good people working hard to ensure our clients have healthy and nutritious food to eat.

Cons

Company town halls seemed to indicate the company was doing well despite the kind of year we have had, yet they are letting go of good people instead of moving them to other teams just to save a couple of bucks. The cherry on top - we’re still hiring!

There is a close family culture and the business has been run by the same family since day one. The team really does care for the customers they serve and strives to produce the best product possible.

Cons

Leadership is a very close group and the culture can be very cliquey. Once you hit a certain level, there is no where to move up in the company.
