Great place to work with tremendous people and upside. Tremendous growth and room to advance. The facilities are top notch and you are always encouraged to think creatively and act on your decisions.

Cons

If you enjoy a work place with a tremendous amount of structure or where you are "told what to do" it can be intimidating. You are often on your own to find the right path.
