- Toxic plant manager who sits in his office, doesn’t engage anyone in his staff, and looking/buying property and gloating about it to people who are foolish to stop and listen. - No growth within the company - Company has core values that no one upholds - Not a family environment, it’s basically a cattle call and once your number is up you are eliminated WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Nice and helpful folks working the line and acting as Leads. Nice and helpful HR lady, until she quit.

Cons

Petty and Inexperienced shift-supervisor. Pointlessly strict and uncaring probationary attendance policies. Absurdly understaffed, unable to keep new hires. No guarantee of an 8-hour day.
