Pros
The job duties itself was laid back, easy to do and not hard. Honestly it was the easiest job I ever had.
Cons
The first shift supervisor was very disrespectful, rude, and not professional at all. Honestly we couldn’t understand how he got the position. The pay wasn’t all that with the amount of work and pressure we had to deal with. Even tho the facility was new, they really gave anybody a higher position without taking qualification inconsideration. Lots of favoritism and less knowledge to lead a team. It took almost a year before they finally took everybody who complained about the supervisor and poor treatment serious.
