Pros

There is a close family culture and the business has been run by the same family since day one. The team really does care for the customers they serve and strives to produce the best product possible.

Cons

Leadership is a very close group and the culture can be very cliquey. Once you hit a certain level, there is no where to move up in the company.

Pros

Benefits are okay, they offer free food, good core values

Cons

The company core values through management have become very poorly since the experience of a cyber attack that was handled poorly. Once you’ve been through your initial training all other training is sub-par and it’s hard to get a clear answer on how to handle things. Favoritism is most definitely shown throughout the company and access to HR although they make it seem easy it is actually very hard

The employees in the factory’s work for low pay. Sure saves the company money.

Cons

Bad management, low wages, poor benefits, very limited career opportunities, high turnover, lack of leadership.
